Payments can be made via a central hotel bank account (clearly recognisable eDrixx transaction on the bank statement) or directly to the employee bank accounts without going through a business account.
We do not charge any basic fees to the hotel or staff. There is only one fee per tip, which is automatically deducted and already includes the cost of the credit card transaction.
